Resourcing Group are working with an established plumbing and draining provider to recruit for an experienced Mobile Commercial Plumber to join the team.

Job Title: Mobile Commercial Plumber
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to 36k PA
Job Type: Permanent

Duties:

Design and layout plumbing systems for new installations and refurbishments.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and systems, including taps, pipes, valves, water heaters, and drainage systems.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water supply, gas, and heating systems.
Use power tools and hand tools to perform plumbing tasks, such as cutting, welding, soldering, and assembling pipe systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, including blockages, leaks, and faulty systems.
Collaborate with other engineers, carpenters, and welders on various construction and maintenance projects.
Provide support to the drainage and maintenance teams with plumbing-related maintenance tasks.
Perform preventative maintenance checks and advise clients on optimal plumbing solutions.
Drive company vehicles for transportation of materials, tools, and equipment to work sites.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Engineer or similar role in both residential and commercial environments.
Strong proficiency in plumbing techniques, including pipe installation, soldering, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems.
Experience working with a variety of materials, including copper, PVC, and steel piping.
Familiarity with using hand and power tools for plumbing tasks.
Basic mathematical skills for site measurements and calculations.
Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Full driving license required; commercial driving experience is an advantage.
Welding skills (desirable).
Carpentry skills for working on structures supporting plumbing systems (desirable).
Relevant certifications, such as Gas Safe, are a plus.
