Are you a skilled tradesperson with experience in plumbing and general building maintenance? We are looking for a dedicated Multi Trade Plumber to join our team. This role involves a variety of repair, maintenance, renewal, and refurbishment tasks across different trades in both occupied and vacant housing properties, as well as other Council-owned premises.
Key Responsibilities:-
Carry out a range of building repairs and maintenance tasks to the highest standards, following current regulations and best trade practices.

Ensure all repairs are completed 'Right First Time' with a focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining agreed quality standards.

Support Camden's commitment to creating a thriving community by ensuring our properties are well-maintained and safe for residents.

Experience: Proven background in building repairs and maintenance, preferably within a social housing setting.

Trade Knowledge: Strong skills in plumbing and a range of other repair works, including refurbishment and adaptations.
