Looking to recruit a Multi Trade Plumber to join a leading property services company based In Westminster
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties around the area
- you’ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing works, sinks, taps, showers, toilets, baths etc
- Remedial Carpentry works, doors, locks, architraves
- Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
This is a permanent role offering up to £38,000 - £40,000 + van and fuel card and great benefits
Requirements:
- Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Ideally a blue skilled worker CSCS card
- You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
- Ability to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.
