Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Plumber for our client a local government organisation in West London.
The successful candidate will carry out plumbing and other trade works in the organisation's social housing buildings.
This is initially a 2 month contract with the possibility to extend after that date.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Undertake repairs and maintenance in our occupied properties.
- Ensuring that all plumbing works required are completed to the highest standards.
- Ensuring all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety.
Personal Requirements:
- Social housing experience required.
- NVQ2 minimum qualified.
- Own tools required.
- Multi trade experience preferred.
- PDA experience required.
- Clean driving licence required
- Van supplied, fuel card supplied, trade card supplied, uniform supplied.
Working Hours: 40hrs / 8:00am - 16:00pm / Monday to Friday
Pay: £27.84 p/h
Please note this role is within the scope of IR35.
