Are you an experienced Plumber looking to work in commercial building maintenance? Join our team and take on a vital role across commercial sites in London.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, including pipework, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Assisting with general building services tasks as required
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and site standards
�? Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 Plumbing Qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance (non-domestic properties only)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fault finding, and repair work
- Excellent English communication and literacy skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
