We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join a leading housing provider, delivering high-quality repairs, refurbishment, and maintenance services for local authorities and housing associations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing excellent service to communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking a wide range of reactive plumbing repairs and planned maintenance tasks in both occupied and void properties, including leak detection and repairs, installing bath panels, pipework and taps.
  • Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently whilst adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions, provide feedback electronically, and log details of works undertaken or to be undertaken.
  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the housing provider in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing
  • Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
