Venn Group is seeking a Mechanical Plumber/Fitter for a permanent position in North London.
The salary for this role ranges from £34,000 to £37,000 per year.
Candidates must possess a City and Guilds qualification or an equivalent plumbing certification.
Previous experience in working with pressure vessels, hot water systems, and building management systems is required.
The role also involves being on call and requires a strong understanding of legionella.

Mechanical plumber/Fitter

Venn Group are working with a client based in London to recruit for a Plumber

Duration: Permanent

Location: North London

Salary: £34-37k

The successful candidate will:

Report and action plumbing / mechanical PPM and reactive tasks using CFAM systems
Complete all tasks within the SLA target and update the CAFM system on a daily basis
Carry out legionella testing
Ensure log books and flushing records are kept up to date
Work on call

The successful candidate will have:

City and Guilds qualification, or plumbing equivalent
Previous experience working with pressure vessels, hot water systems and BMS
Experience working in large occupied buildings and carrying out mechanical tasks
Strong understanding of legionella
