?? Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and cleaning drains
- Checking for leaks in pipes and fixtures
- Testing water pressure
- Flushing toilets and urinals
- Inspecting faucets and valves
- Checking for potential clogs
- Monitoring backflow preventers
- Performing preventative maintenance on all plumbing systems within a commercial building to ensure smooth operation and prevent emergencies
?? Requirements:? Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing (Level 3 preferable)? Must have no criminal record
