?? Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and cleaning drains
  • Checking for leaks in pipes and fixtures
  • Testing water pressure
  • Flushing toilets and urinals
  • Inspecting faucets and valves
  • Checking for potential clogs
  • Monitoring backflow preventers
  • Performing preventative maintenance on all plumbing systems within a commercial building to ensure smooth operation and prevent emergencies
