We are recruiting an experiencedPlumber Multi Trader with additional trades including basic carpentry & electrics, patch plastering, tiling skills.
The standard work days for this job is 4 days per week every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 8am to 5pm every week including when Fridays and Mondays fall on public holidays.
The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.
We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
The job requires work and travel across North London (Camden, Enfield, Watford, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City). We are looking for people who live locally and are happy to travel.
Properties for this well-known Housing Association are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Plumber Multi Trader:
The role is to -
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
- Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
- Full UK driving license not EU licence or automatic
- Own tools
- Experience of working in social housing
- DBS certificate
