Reactive Maintenance Plumber
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per annum + bonus
Region: Greater London (within M25), and surrounding areas.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Flexible, depending on business needs.
Salary: Competitive salary + bonus (Bonus scheme and Performance bonus) + commission

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Plumber to join our growing team and work across a variety of domestic and commercial properties throughout London and the surrounding counties. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious plumber looking for a mix of installation and maintenance work, with plenty of opportunities for career progression and earning potential.
Reactive Maintenance Plumber Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out basic plumbing work including reactive maintenance within a domestic environment
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues
- Tracing and fixing leaks, tap repair and replacement, toilet repair and replacement
- Drainage unblocking
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Adhering to health and safety Regulations
What we are looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in plumbing maintenance
- You must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be confident and have good communication skills
Please note that this position is subject to right to work, enhanced DBS, financial background, and DVLA checks due to working in a regulated environment and dealing with sensitive customer information.
