As part of our ongoing mission, we're seeking a proactive and experienced individual to join us as a Tenancy Enforcement Officer on a temporary basis. Main Duties:

  • Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and housing regulations.
  • Investigate reports of anti-social behavior, unauthorized occupants, and breaches of tenancy agreements.
  • Issue appropriate notices, such as warning letters and formal eviction notices, in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and relevant agencies to address issues and enforce tenancy conditions effectively.
  • Mediate disputes between tenants and neighbors, providing support and guidance where necessary.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of investigations, actions taken, and outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve tenancy management and promote community cohesion.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to address complex cases and safeguard vulnerable tenants.
