- Lead the strategic planning process and develop robust business plans.- Oversee the implementation of business plans and monitor progress.- Collaborate with various departments to align strategies and objectives.- Analyse performance data and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Technology Department.- Provide guidance and support to team members in their planning activities.- Ensure the compliance of plans with regulatory requirements.- Participate in relevant committees and working groups as a representative of the Technology Department
Profile
A successful Business Planning Manager should have:

A degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
