Established for over 35years our client has built a reputation delivering some of the most prestigious fit outs and infrastructure upgrades in London. With an annual turnover in excess of 65M, they operate across banking, finance, legal and datacentre sectors. Providing a one stop shop for clients, they can cover full building services from tricky BMS installs to major M&E refurbishments.

My client are seeking aCompliance Administrator to join the business to help ensurethat theorganisation complies with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. You willwork with compliance, HR and other departments to manage policies and reduce risks in areas such as quality and enviormental. Your primary focus in the role is to provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and continuously monitor organisational policies and procedures.

Office is located in South/East London

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as managing the documentation and resources the team uses for developing, implementing, improving and evaluating policies.
  • Provide auditors with detailed documentation that describes what the organisation does to ensure its processes align with compliance requirements.
  • General Administration
  • Document Management and Filling.
  • Log all new complaint correspondence and process
  • Maintain the live case filing system and archive system
  • Assist in collation, maintenance and review of the various documents and information sources relating to the disciplinary/complaints process

Personal Attributes:

Working in compliance administration requires strong organisational abilities, such as prioritisation and time management. They need someone who is confident, willing to learn and development and have experience within administration. Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
