Position: Compliance Administrator

Location: City of London (Liverpool Street)

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Monday- Friday, 9am- 5.30pm

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Adecco are currently recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Service Delivery Team on a permanent basis in the City of London.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring candidate's audit documents are thoroughly checked to meet Adecco's compliance standards.
  • Requesting and obtaining adequate references
  • Obtaining candidates Right to Work documents and reviewing to ensure they are sufficient.
  • To build a rapport with clients and candidates
  • Requesting and verifying DBS checks.
  • Handling a number of candidate queries ranging from payroll to holiday accrual.
  • Responsible for running weekly AWR checks and actioning uplifts where needed.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records on internal systems.
  • To be the first point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries.
  • To manage a number of query inboxes, responding and resolving these in an appropriate time frame.
  • Responsible for sending regular communications to candidates and clients.

Experience is not essential for this position, but the ideal candidate must be a fast learner, professional, articulate and have a passion to progress in a career within the recruitment industry.

Please note, the successful individual must be able to commute both of our office locations in the city and Romford. Remote working is not feasible for this role at this time.
