What you'll do:

  • As a Compliance Advisory Analyst, your role will be pivotal in providing compliance support to the UK Real Estate business.
  • You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining and developing control frameworks across Real Estate, supporting the business with implementation of new requirements, including change projects and compliance with new regulations.
  • Provide compliance support to the UK Real Estate business and act as a point of contact for compliance matters.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing control frameworks across Real Estate.
  • Support the business with implementation of new requirements, including change projects and compliance with new regulations.
  • Provide cover for the Business Compliance analyst.
  • Support the Real Estate business on internal audits.
  • Act as the data representative for Real Estate, ensuring appropriate procedures are in place within Real Estate around information management.

The ideal candidate for this Compliance Advisory Analyst role would be someone who has experience in compliance or risk background with good financial acumen. You should be adaptable and willing to support the business in a wide range of matters. An understanding of real estate would be beneficial but not essential.
