Description
- Monitor and assess compliance with industry regulations (FCA, PRA) and internal policies.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with regulatory reporting.
- Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation, ensuring all policies are up to date with the latest regulatory changes.
- Provide training and support to staff on regulatory and compliance issues.
- Support the wider compliance team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Liaise with external regulators and stakeholders.
Profile
- Proven experience in a compliance role, ideally within financial services, credit ratings, or a similar regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of FCA and PRA regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
