Description

  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews of internal processes to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and assist in applying changes to internal systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded across the organisation.

Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role (preferably within fintech or financial services).
  • Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks (FCA, AML, GDPR).
  • CAMS certifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
