Description

  • Conducting CDD on a full range of clients including individuals, companies and trusts analysing CDD material provided by clients and advising whether further information is required
  • Carrying out Risk assessments and AML checks for new and existing clients and matters
  • Conducting PEP searches and Sanctions screening
  • Answering queries from clients, partners, fee earners and other support staff about CDD requirements
  • Ensuring the firm's compliance with SRA regulations, keeping abreast of any legislative updates

Profile

A successful Compliance Analyst should have:

  • A degree in law, business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations within the legal industry
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
