Description
- Conducting CDD on a full range of clients including individuals, companies and trusts analysing CDD material provided by clients and advising whether further information is required
- Carrying out Risk assessments and AML checks for new and existing clients and matters
- Conducting PEP searches and Sanctions screening
- Answering queries from clients, partners, fee earners and other support staff about CDD requirements
- Ensuring the firm's compliance with SRA regulations, keeping abreast of any legislative updates
Profile
A successful Compliance Analyst should have:
- A degree in law, business, or a related field
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations within the legal industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
