Compliance Analyst | Lloyd's Syndicate | London/Hybrid | up to £65,000 (doe)

Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a reputable Lloyd's syndicate in their search for a Compliance Analyst to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will be working across a variety of compliance tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Performing compliance monitoring tasks
  • Financial crime checks (including sanctions screening and Anti Money Laundering checks)
  • Complaint handling
  • Regulatory returns and reporting
  • Getting involved in board & committee meetings
  • Embedding new regulation and creating new policies & procedures

Experience required:

  • Minimum 2 years compliance experience
  • Must be from an insurance background - ideally Lloyd's/London insurance market
  • Strong working knowledge of the FCA & Lloyd's minimum standards
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Organised with solid attention to detail

Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days a week.
