Your new roleWe're seeking a Compliance Analyst to join one of our syndicate clients and help them establish and maintain a robust compliance framework that allows them to comply with FCA, PRA and Lloyd's requirements. As the main point of contact for licensing queries, you'll be responsible for liaising with business owners to ensure the firm is able to demonstrate compliance with Lloyd's Principles for Doing Business. You'll also provide compliance advice to the business and assist in the preparation and delivery of a compliance training plan.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have experience working in an insurance, compliance or regulatory environment, as well as excellent analytical skills and good attention to detail. You should be proactive and approachable, with the ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation with confidence and clarity.
