MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Business Partner to join a leading insurance group.   • Support acquisition and integration activities, including due diligence

Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Business Partner role:

  • Solid understanding of FCA compliance, ICOBS, and SMCR regulations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in insurance broking or operational roles within an insurance brokerage
  • Knowledge of Lloyd's processes and requirements
  • Industry accreditation (e.g., CII/ICA) is advantageous
