Compliance Coordinator

London - Hybrid (2 days working from home)

A World Leading, Innovative and International Data Company based near St Katherine Docks is looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the compliance team to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
  • Stay up to date with changes in regulations and ensure the organisation's compliance practises are in line with current legislation.
  • Coordinate and deliver compliance training programmes to employees.
  • Support internal and external audits and respond to audit findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practises.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
