A World Leading, Innovative and International Data Company based near St Katherine Docks is looking to recruit an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the compliance team to develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
- Stay up to date with changes in regulations and ensure the organisation's compliance practises are in line with current legislation.
- Coordinate and deliver compliance training programmes to employees.
- Support internal and external audits and respond to audit findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance best practises.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
