Company Overview - Compliance Coordinator:

Our client, a well-established leader in their field with over 40 years of expertise, is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The company offers mechanical, electrical, and security services to both commercial and domestic clients.

Compliance Coordinator Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare the annual PPM and statutory compliance programs
  • Monitor legal compliant inspections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Process and manage certificates
  • Oversee and manage specialist contractors
  • Prepare and design performance reports and charts
  • Regularly update the company portal
  • Ensure all documents and certificates are uploaded and administered according to company procedures
  • Schedule access appointments for PPM works
  • Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) duties
  • Handle calls from tenants and clients
  • Coordinate domestic and commercial testing works
  • Monitor and manage budgets
  • Preparation and planning of all PPM and statutory compliance schedule of works

Compliance Coordinator Skills & Experience:

  • Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in client liaison and collaborative working
  • Familiarity with schedule of rates and prime cost-plus quotations
  • Knowledge of SFG20, PPM, and statutory compliance
  • Previous experience in building services for London Boroughs and Councils
  • Experience with client portals and MS Office applications
