Our client is seeking a Compliance Insights Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's vision of ensuring all customers receive the right outcome from their financial services provider. The successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring firms' compliance with standards and codes, supporting firms through insight activity, and reporting on customer outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely.
What you'll do:
As a Compliance Insights Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's strategic aims. You will support the delivery of their Insight strategy, providing guidance to firms on interpreting and applying Standards/Codes. Your excellent networking skills will be utilised as you engage with firms and stakeholders, raising the profile and impact of our client. You will also support the implementation of their annual target market and onboarding strategy, conducting due diligence of new registrant firms.
- Support the delivery of the company's Insight strategy.
- Provide guidance to firms in relation to the interpretation and application of Standards/Codes.
- Raise the profile of the company and its research outputs.
- Engage with firms and stakeholders to raise the profile and impact of the company.
- Support the implementation of the company's annual target market and onboarding strategy.
- Conduct due diligence of new registrant firms.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Compliance Insights Manager position brings a wealth of experience from a compliance, risk or audit background within the UK retail or SME financial services industry. You have a strong understanding of the credit regulatory landscape and have proven experience in an assurance or oversight role. Your first-class presentation skills allow you to effectively communicate complex information in an engaging manner. Your ability to build relationships and alliances will be key in this role.
