Role: Compliance Manager - Part Time Salary: NegotiableLocation: North London 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and manage our clients compliance framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating current policies, attending meetings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update current policies to incorporate Commercial Insurance
  • Create and maintain a version control log for policies
  • Develop an annual compliance monitoring plan
  • Attend compliance webinars and insurer audits
  • Support colleagues with FCA applications and reporting
  • Update Consumer Duty Board Pack and collate data for annual reports
  • Complete due diligence for third-party suppliers and maintain a risk register

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certification in compliance management (e.g., CCEP)
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and reporting requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Day-to-day:

  • Reviewing and updating policies
  • Attending meetings and webinars
  • Collating data for reports
  • Completing due diligence for third-party suppliers
  • Identifying and managing compliance risks
