Hyperion Partners is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Compliance Manager to work for one of clients vibrant Kings Cross office. If you’re passionate about compliance and eager to drive excellence in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

About the Role: This full-time position offers a structured schedule, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with at least three days each week spent in thereKings Cross office. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance operations run smoothly and effectively, particularly focusing on Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) and the associated technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Oversight: Take charge of the receipt, evaluation, and management of compliance certificates across various disciplines, ensuring that all submissions meet our high standards.
  • Certificate Management: Review and approve compliance certificates related to fire risk assessments, water testing, gas, asbestos, and LOLER. Collaborate with both appointed and non-appointed External Managing Agents (EMAs) to ensure all documentation adheres to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide timely and accurate feedback to internal teams, ensuring that senior management receives essential compliance updates and insights.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements to optimize our compliance operations and long-term strategies.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train EMA managers on compliance requirements, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.

Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in compliance, with a strong managerial background. You should be well-versed in various compliance workstreams and possess a deep understanding of TSM requirements. While technical qualifications are advantageous, your practical experience will be key to success in this role.
