Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced Compliance Officer looking for an exciting opportunity with a global organisation in the funds industry? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team as a Compliance Manager. With an excellent track record, our client provides Host Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) and AIFM services for investment managers and acts as the Principal to a number of Appointed Representatives.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of Compliance experience within a Host ACD environment or fund administration environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK products and experience dealing with third-party investment managers
  • Relevant professional qualifications preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Financial Crime

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compliance advisory services and support the establishment of effective controls and governance
  • Conduct compliance monitoring in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Assess funds for compliance and review fund Value Assessments
  • Maintain and enhance compliance policies and procedures
  • Oversee conflicts of interest management and approve Financial Promotions
  • Conduct investigations of breaches and complaints
