Location: London – Hybrid (2 days home working / 3 days office)

The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Manager:
- Provide senior compliance support and advice to Group and Divisional Management
- Review and manage new and existing counterparty relationships
- Oversee delegated authority agreements and financial crime prevention measures
- Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures
- Develop and deliver compliance training programmes
Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Manager role:
- Extensive knowledge of FCA compliance requirements for wholesale and reinsurance business
- In-depth understanding of Lloyd's, ICOBS, and SMCR regulations
- Strong familiarity with Lloyd's and London market operations
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Professional accreditation (e.g., CII or ICA) is advantageous
