As a Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the Compliance Monitoring Team in the implementation and execution of the compliance monitoring program. You'll conduct assessments, identify potential risks, and ensure our operations align with regulatory requirements.

Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of the compliance monitoring plan.
  • Conduct compliance reviews, assess risk levels, and document findings.
  • Identify regulatory issues and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the business in implementing corrective actions to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulatory developments affecting the business.

Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role within financial services.
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks, such as FCA guidelines.
  • Experience working in a Fintech (huge plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
