Description
- Monitor and review daily transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of compliance procedures and controls.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and advise the company on necessary adjustments.
Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services or FX industry.
- Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and compliance practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
