Compliance Officer - InsuranceLondon/HybridThe Compliance Officer will operate in a Regional Compliance Function offering wide exposure across a number of areas of compliance. Duties
  • Conduct horizon scanning for new UK and EU regulatory developments.
  • Work with local compliance across the region to ensure policies fit local requirements.
  • Lead the roll out of new and updated policies and guidelines including training.
  • Ensure that new regulatory developments are reported and tracked by local compliance.
  • Contribute to horizon scanning internal communication and reporting. 
  • Support the maintenance of key Compliance frameworks.
  • Build and maintain a strong technical knowledge of relevant UK & EU regulation.
  • Support the development and regular review of policies and procedures.
Skills And Experience Required
  • 2+ years’ experience of working in Compliance role within the insurance industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proven track record of navigating regulation within insurance
  • Comfortable working in a regional team where a number of stakeholders are based in other countries. 
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
