- Right to Work checks for all temps
- Conducting referencing for all registered temporary candidates
- Action external reference requests as required
- Compliance packs for clients as required (full referencing, education check, right to work, proof of address, forms to sign etc, using Giant)
- Data deletion requests
- Create and update any training material for new joiners and recaps for existing employees if there have been any changes to government legislation
- Use external checking service to create, track and chase background checks
- Reconcile monthly charge reports to share with accounts
- Chasing supplier credit notes
- Purchasing Trust ID credits, raising a PO, storing in folders
- Update and maintain supplier pricelists
- Ensure all consent forms for references are sent and obtained within required timeframes
- Research and ops compliance supporting with supplier lists and GDPR related issues
- Audit preparation for annual/bi annual audits
- Act as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and safeguard personal data
- Run GDPR training for fellow employees
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
