Assisting with the drafting of Transfer of Business Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and other related contractual or insurance documents. Handling licensing requirement queries to ensure business compliance with applicable regulatory regimes. Updating internal Compliance records, databases, and systems. Managing financial crime tasks and horizon scanning. Responding to intermediary questionnaires from third parties regarding their onboarding requirements. Staying updated with regulatory developments and communications. Contributing to the design and implementation of Risk & Compliance frameworks within the Group.Candidate Requirements:Compliance experience within the insurance sector. Good working knowledge of current and future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting business and organisation. Experience in the re(insurance) broking sector, including Lloyd's of London, is preferred. Legal experience is an advantage.
