Compliance Officer (Advisory)Oliver James are supporting a highly prestigious insurance firm in London, who are looking for a Compliance professional to join their advisory team. You will play an integral part in keeping abreast of UK regulatory changes and providing advice to the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Keep up-to-date on changes in industry regulations and laws.
  • Perform horizon scanning.
  • Provide strategic advice to the business on the challenges and changes to regulation.
  • Maintain and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports and documentation.
  • Participate in compliance training.
  • Provide support to the wider compliance function.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working within compliance and insurance is essential.
  • Lloyd's market experience would be hugely advantageous.
  • A strong ability to multitask and act as the point of contact for the wider compliance team.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with a Global team.
