The Role

The Compliance Operations Manager will play a crucial role in delivering key compliance activities, including regulatory reporting, managing Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs), conducting due diligence checks, and supporting regulatory approvals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Operations Manager:

  • Lead on TOBAs, maintaining the TOBA register and conducting continuous monitoring
  • Coordinate regulatory returns and correspondence
  • Manage the Conflicts of Interest log and Gifts and Hospitality log
  • Support compliance monitoring activities and regulatory approvals for UK & Belgium
  • Coordinate compliance training and ensure completion of Continuous Professional Development

Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Operations Manager role:

  • Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Understanding of UK insurance industry regulatory requirements and FCA rulebooks
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
