A leading MGA are seeking a compliance specialist to oversee, and monitor, business partners whilst ensuring that the way they operate is in line with the firm's conduct risk appetite.
This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in the office). On a day-to-day basis, duties will include:
- Building relationships with external stakeholders
- Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Actuaries, Internal Audit and Operations
- Chairing regular senior management meetings
- Monitoring of conduct risk appetite
- Risk-based assurance monitoring
- Overseeing due diligence of outsourcing
- Monitoring adherence to the governance framework
- Maintenance of the risk register
- Overseeing and coordinating product assessments
- Managing and analysing sets of data
- Identifying and assessing potential issues or trends within the data
- Producing effective MI
- Maintaining and drafting policies and procedures
It is essential that you have worked in compliance for an insurance business to be considered for this role.
