A leading MGA are seeking a compliance specialist to oversee, and monitor, business partners whilst ensuring that the way they operate is in line with the firm's conduct risk appetite.

This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in the office). On a day-to-day basis, duties will include:

  • Building relationships with external stakeholders
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Actuaries, Internal Audit and Operations
  • Chairing regular senior management meetings
  • Monitoring of conduct risk appetite
  • Risk-based assurance monitoring
  • Overseeing due diligence of outsourcing
  • Monitoring adherence to the governance framework
  • Maintenance of the risk register
  • Overseeing and coordinating product assessments
  • Managing and analysing sets of data
  • Identifying and assessing potential issues or trends within the data
  • Producing effective MI
  • Maintaining and drafting policies and procedures

It is essential that you have worked in compliance for an insurance business to be considered for this role.
