Your new companyA leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Compliance Specialist for a 6-month contract. This role is crucial for ensuring adherence to compliance measures and ethical standards.

As a Compliance Specialist, you will:

  • Create and oversee compliance procedures for promotional materials, samples, ToV disclosures, and annual reports.
  • Develop a training program for the sales and marketing team to ensure adherence to local legal requirements and industry ethical standards.
  • Provide compliance support to the marketing team for event planning, including advice on sponsorships and donations.
  • Draft and maintain abbreviated product information and mandatory advertising details.
  • Evaluate and approve promotional materials to ensure they comply with EU local Ethical Rules.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience with EU local Ethical Rules.
  • Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic).
  • Strong understanding of compliance measures and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on an ad hoc basis.
