My client is a small-sized business that are well respected within the Employee Benefits and Pensions space. Due to continued success they are making strategic hiring for a Compliance Support Executive. This person will be working side by side with the Compliance Director.
Professional Expertise:
- Financial Services experience
- Working in a similar position within an adviser or insurer environment
- Someone who is aiming to achieve relevant qualification is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Checking individual adviser recommendations and making improvements
- Providing feedback on where advisers can improve
- Assisting on customer complaints
- Maintaining the risk management framework
- Helping with the recruitment process
