Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies tailored to the regulatory landscape of the insurance industry.
- Advise the management team on current and emerging compliance issues and strategize appropriate company-wide responses.
- Regularly review and update company practices against the standards set by regulatory bodies.
- Conduct team trainings and workshops to ensure compliance standards are understood and adhered to across the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities and findings for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
