Are you an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist looking for a new challenge? Do you want to help our growing and ambitious client make meaningful changes? Would you like to spearhead the CSR function and make it your own?Our client is a mid-sized global law firm based in stunning offices a stone’s throw from Liverpool Street who are leaders in their field and they are keen to find a CSR specialist to help the firm navigate the current business world and make sure that their existing and future CSR offering is fit for purpose and representative of the firms’ key pillars of intent.
Key duties will include;
- Plan, define, and outline CSR objectives that are commercial and appropriate.
- Work closely with the COO, DE&I Manager and other key stakeholders to design, manage and implement their global CSR strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and champions across the business to drive forward projects ranging from climate action to global charity partnerships.
- Work with clients and suppliers to promote CSR initiatives across all international offices.
- Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for external and internal stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for external and internal communications of the firm’s CSR communications.
- Prepare reports on the firm's CR strategy, objectives and performance as required by the senior leaders.
- Attend relevant external events and activities.
- Manage the CSR budget.
What they are looking for is a confident and articulate CSR Specialist with solid experience within commercial environments. Ideal candidates will have gained some of their experience within a law firm or other professional services organisation. Superb stakeholder management skills, diplomacy and communication skills are essential.
