Department General Manager – Business Intelligence West End (HYBRID) £130,000 - £180,000+ CAR ALLOWANCE THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading trading company who are seeking a Department General Manager to join their Business Intelligence department on a permanent basis. THE ROLE:

Monitor, research and analyse economic and political events and trends, including foreign affairs, within the EU and wider Europe region
Develop and coordinate an information network with external entities such as universities and governmental institutions and embassies
Attend external seminars and visit countries throughout Europe and beyond to collect information and extend the company network
Share intelligence regarding economic and political events

THE PERSON:

A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, managing a team of people, having previously conducted appraisals, managing operational work and budgeting
Fluent English and Japanese is required
Significant experience working at a Senior level in a think-tank or research department, in a global industrial or financial institution
A Master’s Degree or above in Economics or International related field
Experience writing analytical research reports
Able to travel regularly and engage with a wide range of business stakeholders
Exceptional presentation skills
