Join our clients' high-performing Strategy Team as our Director of Corporate Strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping their growth strategy. You'll drive value creation through new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, M&A and asset monetisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities in the TMT sector.
• Assess market trends, financial feasibility and operational impact.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams to execute corporate development initiatives.
• Engage with analysts, investors and key industry stakeholders.
• Advise senior management and shareholders on high-impact opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant corporate strategy & development expertise.
• Strong strategy development expertise.
• Demonstrable team management and leadership skills.
• Experience working in TMT businesses is highly desirable.
• Exceptional market insight, commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Please note: This is an initial 6 month contract, paid inside IR35 to start immediately, offering hybrid working in the London HQ.
