We started Teach Plus in 2022 with a few key aims, to lead the education recruitment market with excellent customer service and candidate care for our educators and to continuously go above and beyond providing high quality and service to the schools we work with. Using this formular, we have stood parallel to some of the market leading education recruitment agencies across London and the UK.

We have seen rapid growth year on year, this year we moved into a larger office and expanded our team to support the growth and have ambitions of further expansion over the next year.

The role:

  • Create and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates to match to job vacancies we are working on
  • Use job boards such as CV Library, REED and LinkedIn to identify and attract potential candidates
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates
  • Interviewing candidates via the telephone and video calls to identify suitability for the roles we have
  • Match candidates to specific vacancies
  • Onboard candidates, requesting vetting documents, references etc
  • Maintain accurate and up to date information about candidates
  • Provide ongoing candidate care
  • Post adverts and manage responses, shortlisting candidates and following up with emails and calls
  • Format CV’s and create candidate profiles
  • Creating marketing campaigns to attract new candidates
  • Get involved with organising company events such as candidate wellness days, charity events etc
