Enterprise PMO Lead

The Client:

One of the largest construction companies in Europe with genuine presence in the developer, infrastructure and civils, facilities management, M&E and engineering consultancy space.

The Opportunity:Reporting to the Transformation Director you will lead the Enterprise Project Management Office, oversee business change portfolios, and embed a culture of effective project governance.

This role involves extensive collaboration with senior stakeholders, fostering cultural change, and building a resilient, high-performing team that champions innovation and partnership.

  • Strategic Planning and Alignment:
    • Shape and evolve business change strategy and road-map in line with strategic goals.
    • Prioritise portfolios and projects for maximum impact and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Ensure the successful delivery of business change portfolios within time, budget, and quality parameters.
    • Monitor risks and maintain proactive sponsorship for projects to ensure tangible benefits.
  • Project Management and Governance:
    • Enhance methodologies, tools, and templates for pragmatic, effective change delivery.
    • Ensure robust governance in line with corporate standards, fostering strong project management discipline.
