ESG Manager Hospitality Central London £65,000 plus bonus

- ESG Strategy Design and Implementation: Conducted materiality assessments to develop and execute ESG strategies, programmes,

and initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the process, including emissions assessment and net zero, circular

economy initiatives, DE&I, community engagement, and governance measures.

- Supplier Onboarding System Development: Created and implemented a new supplier onboarding system to evaluate suppliers from

an ESG perspective, enhancing governance and streamlining the onboarding process.

- GRESB Leadership and Improvement: Directed the GRESB report for company-owned properties, achieving year-on-year improvement.

- ESG Data Collection and Analysis: Gathered, analysed, and interpreted ESG data to inform strategy and decision-making.

- Policy Management: Established a policy repository, and took charge of creating, updating, and reviewing all company policies.

- Annual Reporting: Managed the creation and publication of the annual impact report, aligned with GRI standards.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with various departments including Executive Team, People Team, Marketing, Operations, Development, to identify and develop ESG opportunities.
