Description
- Supporting compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
- Assisting with regulatory reports and compliance documentation
- Take control of the "take on" and risk assessment processes for the firms portfolio of clients
- Collaborating with different departments to ensure compliance standards are met
- Participating in the development of company-wide compliance education
- Conducting compliance audits and making recommendations for improvements
- Keeping up-to-date with regulatory developments within the professional services industry
Profile
A successful Graduate Compliance Analyst should have:
- A degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field
- An interest of industry legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- The ability to interpret and implement complex regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
