Role:

  • Act as Company Secretary for the organisation and the subsidiaries
  • Manage Board and Committee meetings
  • Ensure good governance is embedded across the organisation and adhered to
  • Advise the Board and Senior Management Team around all governance matters
  • Review the Terms of Reference annually
  • Ensure statutory filings are completed in a timely manner
  • Develop, implement and maintain the Governance policies and procedures

Profile

Head of Governance

North London

Essential:

  • Excellent working background from within a senior governance role
  • Outstanding knowledge of Charity Commission Guidance, UK Corporate Governance Code and Companies Act 2006
  • Demonstrable background of managing Board and Committee meetings
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • CGI Qualified (ideally)
