Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement consulting services to enhance operations efficiently and effectively within the corporate functions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and opportunities within their operations.
  • Lead a team of Consultants and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance and relevance in consulting practices.

Qualifications and Essential Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or related field
  • Proven experience in working for a consultancy with a track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • NHS Experience is essential.

The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to meet key stakeholders across the UK, which will be reimbursed.
