  • Develop and execute a partnership program to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Expand market penetration in the construction sector while strengthening the company’s presence in retail and healthcare.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and enhance the partner value proposition by evaluating new market opportunities.
  • Build strategic, high-value relationships with software providers, technology firms, consultancies, and system integrators to extend the company's impact and relevance.
  • Leverage market insights to shape engagement strategies, supporting the evolution of industry standards and services.
  • Increase brand visibility and demonstrate the value of standards through participation in key industry campaigns.
  • Achieve KPIs related to partner revenue and engagement, optimizing income opportunities.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and drive results through partnerships.
  • Experience operating at a senior level within the retail and/or healthcare industry.
  • Strong track record in leading, influencing, and driving collaborative, transformational change.
  • Background in leading consulting activities and managing teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within a matrix organization.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain systems and technologies within retail and/or healthcare.
  • A strategic and structured approach to exploring new business opportunities.
  • Commercial expertise with a strong focus on growth and value creation.
