The Role:

Playing a key role in fostering a culture where everyone belongs, you will:

路Join a team of Inclusion Strategy Managers to lead and support inclusion efforts.

路Work closely with HR partners to drive strategic, data-led inclusion initiatives.

路Use demographic & creative data to inform and track inclusion strategies.

路Oversee the delivery of key inclusion programmes.

Your Profile:

You should demonstrate the following experience to be a great fit for this role:

路Significant experience in driving inclusion strategy with HR & Business leaders.

路Proven experience in Data fluency, and analysing large, intersectional data sets.

路A track record of successfully executing inclusion initiatives with measurable outcomes.

路Excellent coaching and influencing skills, alongside facilitation and workshop design experience.
